Ashraful Hadi is a highly experienced Barrister-at-Law and Advocate at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh with over 21 years of experience. He has a great deal of experience handling a variety of legal issues, such as PPP projects, banking and securities, energy and infrastructure projects, foreign investments, international trade, project financing, syndicated financing, bond issue IPO and securitization, taxation and revenue-related consultancy and litigation with revenue authorities, constitutional law matters, land acquisition-related matters, employment and labor-related matters, admiralty/shipping litigation, company law matters, and more. Mr. Saffat has previously worked with the Standard Chartered Bank as Director-Investors and Intermediaries, Financial Institutions Bangladesh. Before that Mr. Chowdhury served as the Managing Director of LankaBangla Finance Limited (LBFL). He is current Director of Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd and MIDAS Financing Ltd. Mr. Chowdhury served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and was the president of BMBA (Bangladesh Merchant Bankers Association) in different tenure. He is also the board director of Bengal meat Industries Ltd, BD Venture Ltd and FinExcel Ltd. He is engaged with different social clubs and alumni Association. He has completed dual post-graduation in Computer Science & Engineering and Economics.

Mr. Mohammad Amir Hossain is the General Manager & Regional Chief-Chattogram at LankaBangla Securities Limited, and has one of the most vital roles of managing and generating business in the Chattogram region. Mr. Amir has set a higher benchmark for all when it comes to leadership and business skills.
